Depending on the items, location and quantity, this service can be free of charge.

In some cases, we may pay you to clear a property. We offer free quotes, so the best thing to do is contact us for more information.

Yes, we have full public liability insurance in place.

Once you agree to our service, we will arrange a day and time to suit you. We will remove everything that has been agreed in a professional manner.

Times can vary but a standard property can be cleared within 2 to 4 hours, depending on differing factors.

Yes, we are registered with the Environment Agency. For piece of mind, please check out our Waste Carriers License.

Wherever possible, as many items as possible are recycled. We strongly believe in reusing, repurposing or sorting disposal items.

Some things are mixed and cannot be broken into their component parts very easily, we still try to find someone for them but on occasion, they can go to landfill, this is always our last resort.

We usually say 30 miles radius of our office address, however this is a guideline rather than a rule.
